Nocciolini Feast -La Civassina

I Nocciolini, a traditional speciality of Chivasso made with only 3 ingredients:

“Piedmont hazelnuts naturally shelled and toasted at the right point, sugar and egg whites; Everything is suitably refined and kneeled by special machines. The dough is then brought to leaking density and placed within a special machine that provides for stilling, in specific sheets of paper straw, many small droplets, which must be left to dry for about fifteen or twenty minutes and then passed in the oven for the proper cooking. The small tasty sweets are then enclosed in the special bags to all well known “

For the Festival of Nocciolini was conceived “La Civassina“, in collaboration with “Na Focaccia 2.0

La Civassina: italian focaccia (flat bread) with white chocolate cream, Barbera candied grape and.. Nocciolini!
